PARTNER ORDER COLLECTION SYSTEM / LIVE SYSTEM / SEASONAL WINDOW

25+ local partners.
One combined requirement.

Pataki 2026 is a custom order-collection platform for local resellers. Each partner has a separate link to submit orders, and the submissions are brought together so the combined requirement can be procured directly from the manufacturer.

01 THE CONTEXT

Start with the
real problem.

01 / THE PROBLEM

What needed to work better

Collecting seasonal requirements from many local resellers can turn into a thread of individual messages, lists and follow-ups. The work does not stop at getting each partner's order; someone also has to bring every submission together into one manufacturer-ready requirement.

02 / THE APPROACH

Build around the actual task

Pataki gives each participating reseller a separate link for submitting their order. The platform automates the collection step and brings partner submissions into a central workflow, making it easier to consolidate quantities before procurement. This is an order-collection system for resellers, not a consumer online shop.

THE WORKING RULE

Pataki is built for partner-based order collection and consolidated procurement, not direct-to-consumer checkout. After the 2026 Deepavali collection window closes, the public site can remain browsable, but new seasonal orders should no longer be accepted.

02 WHAT MATTERS IN THE BUILD

Small decisions.
Better flow.

A seasonal partner workflow: distribute partner-specific links, collect orders through the platform and prepare a consolidated requirement for procurement.

01

Give each partner a dedicated entry point

Separate links make it clear where each reseller should submit their requirement.

↗
02

Collect partner orders in one workflow

Instead of rebuilding the overall requirement from scattered conversations, submissions are gathered through the platform.

↗
03

Prepare consolidated procurement

The combined order is used to procure items directly from the manufacturer.
